🤓 Lengow, an intelligent and automated e-commerce platform :
Since 2009, Lengow has been the indispensable e-commerce platform for multi-channel expansion in the European market: marketplaces, price comparison websites, affiliate marketing, display ad retargeting, social media, etc.
This role is for a seasoned frontend developer who is not only technically proficient but also capable of leading by example, driving forward the development of a cutting-edge SaaS product while ensuring code quality and maintainability.
⌨️ Your main tasks would be as follows :

  • Understanding of Backend Technologies: Familiarity with Symfony, to facilitate the creation of a standalone React SaaS from our existing Symfony codebase.
  • Shared Component Libraries: Experience in creating, maintaining, and improving reusable component libraries or design systems that can be shared across multiple applications.
  • Cross-Product Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with other frontend teams, contributing to and leveraging shared tools and components.
  • Performance Optimization: Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques and best practices to ensure a fast, efficient user experience.
  • Continuous Learning: A commitment to continuous professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    Additional Considerations:
  • Willingness to mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
  • Experience with modern development tools and practices, including version control (Git), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and agile methodologies.

Le profil recherché

🏹 We are looking for someone with the following experiences and skills:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 8+ years of real-world frontend development experience, with a strong focus on React JS.
  • React Expertise: Extensive knowledge and proven experience (4+ years) with React JS and its core principles.
  • Project Leadership: Experience leading frontend projects, with the ability to manage, architect, and deliver complex applications.
  • UI/UX Implementation: Proficient in HTML, CSS, and modern frontend development tools. Capable of implementing responsive design from mockups and working closely with design teams to adhere and collaborate on style guides and design systems.
  • Code Quality: Solid understanding and application of SOLID and CLEAN coding principles. Commitment to writing maintainable, scalable, and testable code.
  • Testing Proficiency: Experience in writing and maintaining unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools specific to React and frontend development.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent English level, both written and spoken, essential for team collaboration and communication across multiple countries.
